Kylie Westthis red square one would've been ultimate option for an album called Whole Lotta Red. This lame ass made face art on Red cover still ass though..
1. He used the “all red no text” thing during the S/T era, it would be completely ridiculous for him to make that the cover of this album
2. An album cover should never be a literal exact 1:1 representation of the title of the album, that’s lazy design

Some people really either just don’t have any taste or jus didn’t give a f***
As an upcoming artist and designer myself, I see on an almost daily basis upcoming artists uses absolutely unacceptable garbage artworks for their music and it just drives me nuts. That s*** matters when you’re tryna come up.

Don’t waste your time making a cover for a client until you see at least some of the money
Few months ago I made a cover for a dude who I was kinda homies with so I thought he’d be good for the money, then when I told him my price he ghosted me
Couple weeks later he sends me promo for his new s*** with an ABSOLUTE DOGSHIT COVER

Like this would be fine. A call back to his SoundCloud days, which was the main inspiration for the album title. Cover is literally "a whole lotta red". It's minimalist. Let's the music speak for itself.
