Lollipop wasn’t indicative of anything except rappers getting on obvious pop songs without it looking strange. Kanye actually crafted the sound though.

Correct, Wayne rebuilt the game to his liking, and pretty much disappeared he doesn't need the credit limelight or game. He built up his protege to take on the mantle and just drops in from time to time.

“Wayne rebuilt the game to his liking“

Bruh which dimension are you from? He ain’t do s*** in this one.

Both are influential but kanye has influence wider reaching and on more successful artists

However most artists influenced by ye are also wayne influenced to an extent but ye reaches more than just music and is the reason albums were structured the way they were in the 2010s, the fashion, and the emphasis on artsy stuff

Speakerboxxx/The Love Below (2003) outsold College Dropout (2004).

Rappa Ternt Sanga and Dedication 3 both were drenched in autotune. Pain even said Kanye brought him in the studio to make 808s sound more like his s***.

Tpain and wayne stuff was still more strip club type s***

808s was the stuff that led too weeknd and drake type sound

Artists can only be influenced by one person and that's it. No exceptions.

How so? Drake, and Kendrick are influenced by Wayne and are the most successful rappers of the last 10 years and then you have Thug,Future, etc. Wayne created fashion with his skinny jeans and vans style, even popularized dreads and face tats

Wayne is probably the reason the youth aren't wearing baggie clothing today. He really made it cool for Urban guys to dress like rockers.
