What research or papers that have some example of a business model that would work without exploitation?

The problem of small business is that a lot of roles and jobs are crunched into so many positions while trying to make money to pay the workers and above shutting down.

I have to say I learned a lot though. I was just a kid when I started, and worked my way up to a manager and the 4th highest up in our company. I learned a lot about my own self worth. Never again will I go through that s*** lol.

So let’s say I open up a pizza shop.

I get 4 employees. You expect me to give them all 25% of the company and then I have my 25% piece of ownership?

there are tons of existing worker co-ops. but the problem is, businesses can't just choose to not run on the capitalist model.

so the idea isn't that everyone gets paid the same, its that everyone has a say.

not everyone will produce the same, so they wont get paid the same

but, there will be no production at all without workers, so the idea that the founders deserve more is not really a correct one. however, if the workers were to democratically decide that they deserve more, then sure.
