    That Queensbridge sound is timeless. ASAP Yams said it was his favorite style of production. Having Q-Tip right there helped too. Havoc said he ripped the drums from Bonita Applebum to make G.O.D Part 3 too.

    Them, Mega, Noyd, Lakey, Twin, Illa Ghee, and Littles, etc.

    And Alc was the bridge.

    i mean in his defense i think it's fair for a kanye west fan to not really be a fan of rap in general. especially if you got into him post-graduation.

  • that said you're doing yourself a great disservice not knowing the history and the sounds that formed modern rap. your overall listening experience will be way better if you get a deep understanding of the artists mentioned itt.
