Jan 21, 2024When you just heard of something on TikTok 15 minutes ago - and you're already trying to emulate it - you lack an understanding and reverence for the thing to really be able to bring it forward. Some decent songs, records or bands may come of it but I don't really believe ANY artist who's cash-grabby enough to blow up on TikTok will make any kind of lasting impact in music at large. Just a bunch of one hit wonders.
