Listen i am not black and I dont want to interfere with the black community what they think about hip hop. Hip hop is black whether you like it or not thats facts its a black culture and a person like me is an outsider but i see a lot of black youths don’t mind having a bunch or vultures in the game and even support them.
I just don’t get it. Its elvis all over again
cus its not that deep for a lot of ppl today
some kids don't care that much abt race so they don't rlly trip when its a white kid in a black space as long as everything is cool still.

lmao wow
Lol the genre dying has nothing to do with beef wtf is this
And the genre isn’t dying at all
i think this beef will lead to a peak in the 2020s
It’s because of social media. It has killed far too many things in life. And this is one of them.

Hopefully. 2011 - 2018 era was such an exciting time for Hip Hop. That was due to the amount of interesting characters and moments in the culture.
I feel like this decade has exciting rappers but they're moreso overshadowed or people aren't bothering to listen. It's almost as if they rely on Tik Tok and Insta then Soundcloud, Youtube, and Bandcamp. S*** even Datpiff. Plus, they're overshadowed by wack or less interesting rappers too
Genre didn't die when niggas were literally killing each over in beefs lol
Attributing Hip-Hop decline to that seems dumb as f***.
IF there is a decline, it has more to do with consumer behavior, and the relationship between the consumer and the entertainment business as a whole.
KTT claimed Kendrick wasn't "battle tested enough" for years.
Now, he's in battle mode and ya'll want to him to be cooperative.
Niggas just want to find any way to criticize Kendrick lol.
Control out now
JID
He's cool. Ive been following JID since the beginning but lets keep it filthy, he just another Kendrick-lite
I like his music tho
bro idgaf about these niggas the genre is slowly dying
And this beef is the type of s*** that revives it
We want a little excitement, we want a little sport, we want a little competitiveness
If anything beefing would prolly get them more buzz/attention
Gone are the days where beef really ruins your career fr fr

When has beef ever ruined a career fr
I don't think it ever has, and if anything for a rapper it only makes the spectacle all the more believable

Ask ja rule, dude went from on top of the world to being considered a total cornball by the general public

it was only a matter of time

That’s a myth
50 cent’s career is not why Ja Rule’s decline happened

Dude went from multi plat to gold to wood real quick
The infighting and squabbling is a large part of the reason why it’s crumbling
I disagree
We just left the era of super collabs and that was getting boring. YSL/Migos/Travis Scott/Future/Drake/Swae Lee/Post Malone crossovers were endless.
Its was very similar to that period of YMCMB/MMG/We The Best Music super collabs
The super collabs ending signals the true start of a new era in rap, and personally im excited

Im talking about the general exploitative structure in hip hop industry
Don’t talk to me about the culture and business like they are separate, they’ve been entwined since the 90s. The business practices influence the culture.

Huh is there any industry on this earth where its culture and business arent connected?
