not everyone but my project manager, scrum master, 1 dev and 1 qa. After that, they moved me to a new team. These the type of people to schedule last minute work calls on Saturdays and they expect me to go into the office 3 times a week when I’m a remote hire technically ik they probably don’t like my ass because I straight up just go offline Friday at 1pm (we have half day fridays) and don’t look at any work stuff until Monday. Whenever I’m on a call and they ask if I’m coming into the office, I just say “hmm didn’t plan to, was I required to?”
Dam.
also got a new coach bc my old one transferred teams too. Old coach literally just had one 1:1 per week w me and it went:
“everything good man?”
“yeah”
“sick, have a good week”
but this new one has never been a coach before and is overcompensating by asking my questions every hour
I need a workplace that is 4 days a week. I had it at my old position here and god damn it was amazing. I had to work 10 hour days but it's not like I do anything on my work days right now. Anyone else got 3 day weekends? Any recommendations for places that do it??
being asked to volunteer with the team on my birthday
so say no

closest thing is something like my company that does half days where you’re done by 11 or 12. Lots of tech companies doing it recently from what I’ve seen.
Finished my last day at the company. Hoping to make big strides at my next gig
Good luck Mr President
Why are meetings called stand up if they're not funny
I hate stand up meetings
Have them every single morning for half an hour
Let me sit at these stand up meetings
