The live instrumentation, the choir, like this era had all the potential to be one of his greatest but Kanye missed the mark. It still has great songs like selah and use this gospel but as an album it’s his weakest.

It's easily Ye. A nerfed version of Love Everyone, literally something he cooked up because someone from TMZ or Charlamagne told him: Dude, Adidas is going to fire you after that.

At least on JIK he is honestly expressing his love for God with no limitations.

Nah Ye's voice actually has some life on that album and doesn't appear lacklustre like on JIK and most of Donda. Also has a fair few sentimental songs.

Super underrated album imo.

Short and concise album and none of the songs overstay their welcome. Still has that ye charm from his albums prior too.

I really hated the Jesus s*** tho ngl, probably why I also prefer Yandhi version
