do yall consider buying a house? seems like a good thing to do over paying rent but am not sure. seems like a huge commitment and responsibility.
I have friends who grew up in environments where buying real estate was a very normal thing for them and so they dont think twice about it. I also have friends on the other side of that coin. I myself have grown up in apartments for the majority of my life lmao.
What yall think?
Omg yes please somewhere alone in the woods. The dream
Like everything there are pros and cons. If it fits your budget and it’s something that seems to give you more positives than negatives after doing research than go for it OP
Coming from a homeowner btw
Yes because it’s a store of value. Whatever you paid on the mortgage you get back minus selling fees assuming the house is in good condition and if housing market is decent.
Not to mention that mortgage is locked for 30yrs while your rent may increase annually.
I’m trying to get one before 30 in NYC (small 2bd) I’m 26 haha
Who can afford to buy a house in their 20’s nowadays besides a small percentage
Got a house. It’s the best investment tbh.
F*** paying a landlord and paying their house off for them.
I can do whatever with my home. Don’t need permission. No rules.
Me and my girl are building a new one. So I’m thinking of just renting this one out or selling it, but I’ll see.
Buy land my bros and start a farm. The world food price is reaching new high this is the time you jump in. Growing your own food is like printing money
