personally no bc i wouldn’t want to have money tied up in something i have to maintain that much and will kinda keep me locked down
I say if you know what your career is, you have a good job that you will stick with then yeah I would buy a house.
Cuz if you end up having to get a new job it could be really far from you thats all I really take into consideration.
I’d love to buy a house but idk if I want to plant my roots in one spot yet
Depends what the price is. I wouldn't overpay just cuz I have the money.. these tech companies are trippin with what they're charging.
That’s why I said it’s a small percentage
Most people in their 20’s are not balling and just trying to get by
I don't need to buy a house cuz my sugar mommy got me covered
she looking for anymore children?
no I've got a looot of traveling and living abroad to do first
Backwards thinking
Don’t forget healthcare
Them niggas don’t even make money until they’re in their 30s. Too much school + debt
Kinda s***ty that this is the reality
Why do you think it’s s***ty that people who learned in-demand skills are able to live comfortably? It makes sense to me.
I know plenty of people who came out of poverty this way, myself included
Bought a house last year, im 26. Have absolutely no regrets. my house is already worth more in value and I'm sure the value will continue to rise over the years
Same situation. My house has risen ~$60k in value over the past year it'll probably crash back down at some point to what I bought it for and then slowly rise after that. I'll be here another 10-15 years in all likelihood
