I want smoke, I f***ing hate this lame ass show and the praise it gets and the money wasted on it which could’ve gone to actual Japanese production studios, and their under waged animators. It’s a shame shows like this and Demon Slayer get okayed for multiple seasons when it should’ve gotten axed from the first chapter. No disrespect to the Mangaka but dumb fans have made them feel alright to be mediocre when they should up their pen game, and I’m dead ass and been wanting to express this. Regardless, deku is a different person too, the filler episode at the start of the season just did a poor job of capturing that
Also I’m rewatching AOT rn and one thing that stands out is how much eren has stayed the same. He’s always been vengeful and protective it’s just the series shifted where his aggression is placed as he learns the truth of his situation
Whereas people act like deku is this crybaby who never gets s*** done when the series has actually showed time and time again he’s the exact opposite of that so I’m not sure why that perception sticks so much
