wtf
Bran chapter get better when he meets the reeds
Loved his chapters on ADWD and already read a NSFW theory with him involved for Winds

Haven't gotten that far so keep that theory
Amazing, only another 5ish years then wonder how many prequel books and shows will come out in that timespan
500 pages
Couple years ago I remember him writing in his blog that TWOW should come out in the coming year. Now he has only finished 2/3 of the book within 11 years lmao. This never dropping.
at 1700 pages this is gonna be the longest book I've ever read. will have to read a good summary before tackling it as I read ASOIAF so long ago, but excited for this whenever it comes

1700 pages unedited tho. Surely his editors wont release it with a page count that high

wouldn't be surprised if they keep the length and release it in two volumes
Correct me if I'm wrong but this won't even be the final book right? If he takes just as long to write the final book I'm just gonna give up on this series.

I think he says if he dies he doesn't want anyone finishing the books
I cried when I read the Jon Snow scene in the book, I'll never forgive HBO for butchering the ending so badly

Honestly i would rather have it that way. Don't want ASOIAF to turn out like Berserk.

George just made a blog post talking about Casterly Rock.
He says that this drawing is how Casterly Rock is supposed to look.
So it's basically a giant rock that was turned in to a whole castle
He also says Casterly Rock will finally be a location of interest in the books, and he might be hinting at Dany making the trip there
