if so is it consistent habit?
do you nap in the afternoon? and does it effect your sleep at night time?
also does anyone else wake up an hour or two into there sleep at night and cant get back to sleep afterword's?
Sleep about 5 hours everyday
I sleep 6-7. I got more important things to do like play mario kart

funny if i am going through something its harder for me to sleep i just lay in bed with my eyes closed waiting to sleep an it could take up to an hour or 2

i wake up like an hour or 2 then i go back to sleep the other thing is if i wake up 3-4 hours in that is the worse i could never get back to sleep
