yes i do almost every night. it sucks
On weekdays, I've been sleeping 4 hours a night with supplemental naps for years now. On the weekend, I sleep 6-7 hours a night.
I'm changing jobs later this year though so hopefully that improves my sleep schedule.
lol how after a tiring work day or workout from the day before you need a good nights rest
7-8 hours is the normal amount of sleep for an adult
I get about 2 hours, work 19 hours
U gonna be dead in a few years
5-7 hours is the sweet spot. Train your body to function off 5 hours of sleep without relying on caffeine and you’re gonna see great results in all aspects of your life

i need at least 7 to function properly getting 5 is not enough if i get 5 i feel half awake an half a sleep like idk where i am lol
I’ve been on a 5 hour sleep cycle for a decade pretty much. Only time I sleep over 5 hours is if I got blacked out drunk/high, or worked out to physical exhaustion, or I haven’t slept in more than 72 hours. My body & mind been have conditioned to it.
I experimented with a few different sleep cycles when I was in college, one of the main ones I did was a 3 hour power nap cycle every 8 hours. I could only manage to keep this up due to not having a conventional job at the time. I actually really liked it, felt like I was a lot more productive, or at least had more opportunity to be productive.

sounds interesting an now having only 5 hrs of sleep a day while working out how do you feel on most days epically on your days of heavy lifting
I fell into this habit of sleeping for 6 hours. I need to force myself to turn this damn phone off so I can get my 8 hour sleep again smh
i've gotten about 3-4 on the nights that I sleep the last 5 years. 2-3 days a week i'll stay awake for over 24h

It’s all about what you’re used to. You feel that way cus 5 hours isn’t your norm so ofc you feel off
For me I been getting 5-7 since I was in high school pretty much so it’s my baseline.
I can’t fw wasting away over a third of the day sleeping. That extra 3 hours a day adds up and gives you just a little more time to be productive, entertain yourself, do whatever. It’s great
5 every day and then 15 on the weekend
U gonna be dead in a few years
My dad’s 64 and it’s worked well for him for his 40 year career gotta do what you gotta do. Use my one day off to catch up on rest

Real. Don't listen to the haters. Keep on hustling, keep on grinding.
