    i wake up like an hour or 2 then i go back to sleep the other thing is if i wake up 3-4 hours in that is the worse i could never get back to sleep

    8 hours is how much you should sleep tho

    I used to sleep every 2 or 3 days, from anywhere between 2-14 hours

    One week I’m able to get about 7 hours everyday.

    Then the next it’s 4- 5 at most. So annoying.

    lol how after a tiring work day or workout from the day before you need a good nights rest

    biologically you only need 6.5 to be healthy, if you're still tired after 7~ hours it's likely not related to amount of sleep, it's probably a dietary or some type of vitamin deficiency issue

    true i get like 8 hrs of sleep even after a good workout ii did yesterday an i wake up tired some times
