Unless you're talking about that lab and antibiotic s***, a diet rich in organic fruits, veggies, and meats is mad expensive and time consuming. Again if you have money for a personal chef or buy meal preps weekly then it's easy

Either way, it would be ideal to get rid of them out of the normal diet. Especially if they are somewhat harmful.

Only thing that's a let down is apparently avocado oil has a much lower burning point than other oils. Cooking time will be difficult to really pin point for the ingredients being used.

if you can buy it at Walmart it’s probably not good for you, including the meats and vegetables. Then about 50 of the stuff you buy elsewhere even Whole Foods is still bad for you (seed oils etc. )
