He’d rather spend all day s***posting behind a computer screen than actually make any sort of impact in the world

Guy is the worst poster on here by a mile and that is a very high honor considering how much s***posting takes place on this website

Radlib buffoonery almost lost Biden the election

We must separate economic left ideas such as Medicare for all or soaking the rich (which are popular)

    With intentionally divisive identitarian nonsense

@op the 'Every candidate who supports M4A won their seat is a total fabrication btw

Swearengin in WV, Eastman in NE, Cisneros in CA (sort of) all supported M4A and lost

Justice Dems have a terrible win-loss record since they came into existence

Leftists have the worst possible messaging for anything they want to do

Instead of saying that we need widespread economic equity, they yell “SOCIALISM!!!”

Instead of saying we need massive, meaningful police reform, they yell “defund &/or abolish the police!!”

The intention may be good, but the messaging couldn’t be worse. Biden should’ve won this election by a landslide

And to add to that, they shame people into thinking they’re on some sort of moral high ground, and if you disagree with them, you’re a bad person.

Maybe they should recognize their privilege to play political games with people’s lives and try to actually make some real impactful change instead of yelling stupid ass slogans

    No they didn't...

Swearengin was the Dem candidate in WV
Eastman was the Dem candidate in NE-2, and lost by 5 points in a district Biden WON by 11
Cisneros was also the Dem candidate

Various things bad for the Dhimmicrats and broader Red-Lib movement to be attached to:

-Encouraging the state to relinquish its monopoly on violence to violent leftist ideologues who openly encourage the murder of entire classes of people
-Blaming white people for not voting for the party of “white people are world-historical villains”
-declaring that not wanting to f*** certain people is racist or transphobic while simultaneously decrying rape culture
-declaring the family needs to be abolished
-declaring that noticing fat people eat like s*** is anti-Black
-motte and bailey games with socialism where socialism is “the government does something,” then in practice it’s more radical
-claiming anyone with Basic Human Decency has to agree with all of this and whatever lunatic thing the Democrat-academic-journalist complex decides is mandatory next

    Don’t waste your time

OP didn’t know M4A meant single-payer until he made this thread lol

Plus it would never get through Congress even with a Democratic majority

    Okay

This really doesn't dispute my post at all so idk what you're trying to say? Doesn't change that the statistic going around that everyone who ran on M4A won is obviously false

The only one of these that’s really relevant is Eastman

Swearengin is in WV and Cisneros wasn’t openly in favor of M4A just open enrollment which is a different concept

Yeah, it's not like a very moderate Dem could ever win a senate seat in WV! That'd be crazy!

Cisneros was a Bernie/Justice Dem endorsed candidate who supported M4A through most of his last run although he has walked back on it a little.

M4A is so pointless and most people who support it don’t even understand it

Bernie & his crew just decided that it’s immoral to make money off providing healthcare when today we saw why that is a ridiculous take (Pfizer vaccine)

Manchin barely won in 2018 despite being an incumbent and swearengin is a new candidate against an incumbent

Sure she did awfully but it’s not really one that was even remotely expected to be competitive

And Cisneros won last election in a Republican district and is within 2000 votes this cycle

I don’t really understand why leftists don’t like single payer

If it’s truly competitive it will remove a lot of private insurance anyway

whoops im getting confused about what single payer means

public x private mix makes the most sense to me in the short term

if the government option is good enough it'll phase out private anyway

    You’re describing the public option

Single payer would be abolishing private insurance entirely
