Frieza apparently found his own Room of spirits and time on a planet and trained in it for 10 years. While there he gained a new transformation. He dubbed it black Frieza.

I honestly don't believe Frieza will be the next villain. I think the next villain will be stronger than Frieza and crush him. It's about to be another time skip in the manga. Whis also mention Uub who is still considered vastly stronger than Frieza.

At the end of the chapter Goku ask was Frieza who the oricle fish was talking about and Whis said no, the strongest fighter in the universe is still out there.

Man he stayed in the Room of Spirits and Time longer than ANYONE has ever done. 10 years is a long ass time and enough time for him to catch Goku and surpass him.

I don't think Heroes ever done this, but if they did I kind of like it. It was a nice shock to end the Granola arc and setup the next arc as Whis said Frieza isn't who the Oricle fish was talking about on the strongest fighter will appear and defeat Beerus.

Frieza's form change colors are only to indicate his power boost and is meant to be a gag at Goku and Vegeta becoming blonds and then blue. Frieza make this joke and explain why he even picked the color gold. That joke went over people heads because they find it funnier to complain.

Makes a ton of sense to me. I always expected Frieza to get another power boost after what happened in Super Broly.

This s*** ridiculous bruh. Super should’ve just been the Battle of Gods and Broly movie. Everything else doesn’t even remotely carry the soul that DB had. Super turned Vegeta and Frieza into a joke character and most of the transformations in Super really boring and there are too many of them

Honestly Super has probably fleshed Vegeta out and made his character more deeper than "I'm the prince of Saiyans, I hate Kakarot, trains and don't get much stronger"

Frieza has ALWAYS been comedic relief all the way back to his introduction when he blushed at the Ginyu Forces roll call.
