I didn't think people were this antisocial
Didnt know people fake loved their job & grind this much as this thread.
Most people's jobs are s***ty or boring or have stupid s*** about them b, & most people dont like their coworkers like that even before a pandemic lol.
There's a reason why "work friends & acquaintances" is a saying & a joke.
Damn crazy thing is my manager at my job was just telling me about this about to happen, cause we already know niggas were applying to jobs just to fudge their unemployment s***
Interesting, and somewhat relatable. I've been working from home during the past year due to covid, and in a way, the idea of going back working at the office after a year of working from home feels like I'd be "going back" to an old job, to an old setting. In a sense, it feels like a step backwards career-wise to go back to the place where I used to sit a year ago. Therefore I feel like I might learn towards looking for a whole new job instead, if there aren't certain interesting career opportunities within the company I'm at right now.
For a Joe Budden stan it’s surprising to see @AKFresh hate on people taking initiatives and quitting their toxic jobs lol

Bunch of Rory and Mal’s If you ask me
Because yall are lazy and entitled
If im making the same amount of money working from home as I would if I had to commute why would I not choose the former and how does that make me entitled. Think hard about it
yeah not gonna lie. i’ve been real happy working from home this past year and a half
if my company forces us to go back in full time i may start looking for another company that continues to offer WFH
however, if they only make us come in a few days a week that wouldn’t be the end of the world
as long as i never have to go in the office for a full 5 days ever again i’m good
This is exactly how I feel. Being able to be with my family, working safely, no commutes, expensive food, there's just no upside.
Unfortunately, I work at a place that I know will expect everyone back at some point for 5 days a week and I'll start looking when that time comes.
Just negotiated for Tuesday-Thursday in the office with Monday & Friday at home
Good luck with your endeavors I hope you build some sort of ethic
Hopefully u build some ethics and self-respect instead of sucking ur ceos cock

Working in HR, it seems like the trend is to allow a flexible schedule, ie requiring mandatory days in office minimally but allowing for flexibility depending on your position’s ability to work remotely.
That being said, not every company gonna allow for this and s***. I think it’s a great way to expand the workforce and give people the opportunity to work without having to commute and lose money on that s***. I do know that there’s gonna be a lot of taxation issues with ppl getting paid more to work in a different location but working remotely where the COL is cheaper
if slaving away at a company where you're replaceable at the drop of a hat is what is considered "ethic" then i think you need to reevaluate your frame of mind and what truly matters in life
Good luck with your endeavors I hope you build some sort of ethic
