    I get lots of exercise it does help! I’m trying to a bit less these days to keep the calories cause I’m very thin but this fir sure helps just not enough unfortunately

    try bulking up then. get rid of the cardio & lift heavier

    start to look like a Rillaboom, not Inteleon

    dude thats what i thought but honestly man lifes pretty stress free atm i have no reason to be uneasy other then the lack of sleep for sure one of the warmer things i have seen on ktt2 lately thanks for the kind words my man

    im 26 i have lots of life to live ahead of me and i dont feel like i want to kill myself 90% of the time but when my sleep gets bad again to the point where im awake for days at a time i worry how im going to function one day as a professional as a husband as a father then i start to spiral into negative thoughts u feel me?

    for real tho man thanks for sharing it feels better to talk about it with people i dont personally know so i appreciate u

    See a psychologist or therapist definitely bro just to help you deal with these harmful thoughts. I'm not saying that it will help with your sleep problem but they can help you find ways to deal with the mental side of it and stop the negative thoughts spiralling

    people take lorazepam for anxiety too though, depends on the dosage.

    But OP no sleep is really hell no earth go to a doc and get yourself some medication, been there before

    I have minor insomnia occasionally, at worst it only lasts a couple nights though. You have my sympathies bro, I hope you find your peace. Sounds rough as hell

    Been dealing with this a lot recently, I’ve been very stressed

    I was up until 7am last night and I tried to sleep at 11. Finally crashed for a few hours but man it sucks
