Please share so I can add to it. Currently at 9% body fat. Some of mines are:
Keto Greek yogurt, banana, isolate protein powder, breakfast sausage, cottage cheese, chicken, goat, blue berries, oats, peanut butter, almond milk (30 cal), coffee with dash of almond milk and skinny syrup, green tea (3 cups)
I would like some cool breakfast options please. Lunch and dinner is fine too.
