I had asked the doc when I went for a std check up and she just said “you don’t get hard cause it’s all in your brain. It’s a psychological thing” but when I was over weight I used to be smashing heavy man smh.
Also I lost all the weight I lost in was From eating half the calories I ate, cut out cheese and milk, did body workouts (cause Of lock down) and major cardio. Now I do all free weight workouts (no smith machines) also two body parts a day and still lot of cardio. Also i eat 4 healthy meals. Cheat days are usually on Sunday

Bro had female over Saturday and we smashed. I came in 15 seconds and after it dead ass felt like the white man had made me work on his farm for 16 hrs with no food or water with how exhausted I was feeling. But mind you i did hoop for 4 hrs straight that day and only had 2 meals but she even asked “did you have a long day today”
Also I do feel tired in general but that’s because I just can’t fall asleep
