    you should try some legumes, like chickpeas etc

    I get really bloated when I eat those but I do eat them time to time. Kidney beans I like but they make me feel pregnant

    This happens if you don’t soak them first. Try soaking legumes for 24 hours before cooking them and those problems disappear

    well i get mine in leafs idk if that makes a diff

    just put them in a sealed bag & put it in a fridge chore it lasts fine, or you can even get pre packaged spinage leafs which i do sometimes.

    last like a week or so like any other refrigerated veggie. idk why you would just have that s*** chilling outside lol idk anyone that does that with veggies beside potatoes.

    I do bowls with brown rice, avocado, cucumber, green onion

    also I mix the tuna with kewpie mayo, siracha, soy sauce, and some sesame seeds

    sometimes I add a fried egg if I want

    Hazelnut butter is fire. Out of
    100% hazelnuts, no sugar or anything. Tastes like Nutella but healthy

    im not checking my carbs like that im not trying to be a legit pro body builder

    use them for granola or the rare yogurt

    i dont eat the whole thing at once tho probably eat one between one to three days cut up as a lil snack or additive

    iirc theyre similar to strawberries in terms of sugar but are just way bigger, so dont hog on them as a whole
