    Man i knew i was pre chubby but didnt know how bad it was

    Hopped on a scale and im at 248 my fat distribution is weird i guess like in the right outfit i could look 50 pounds lighter i guess

    Just eat like 1200- 1500 calories between like 10am to 4pm. Then don't eat for the rest of the day.

    You'll shrink in no time. Just takes discipline. It's almost like quitting d****. When you start trying to quit then suddenly everyone starts trying to offer it to you for free.

    I calculated mine and its at around 1980-2160 if i wanna get to 180 unless i did it wrong

    Literally eat less

    Instead of full meals, blend a smoothie with fruits and a protein powder for at least 1 meal a day

    Do this for a week and guarantee you’ll lose 5-10 pounds

    Do this for 2 meals a day, you’ll lose 10+ lbs

    bro I felt like this before, tell someone to take an off guard of you and you will notice how big you gotten

    go water only, one big meal a day and workout at least 30 mins a day

    the weight will start dropping off
