Ive lost quite a bit restricting calories and working out but im sure it doesn’t work for everyone
I think generally cutting down portion sizes and eating less meals is always going to be beneficial if you’re trying to lose weight. But I think it’s negative when people try to starve themselves and it ends up slowing their metabolism heaps

Drink apple cider vinegar, with water, eat alot of citrus fruits. Eat alot of small meals don't eat to get full. Just light meals like six times a day, avoid seasoning(use only salt and pepper)if you want to fry use coconut oil, also take a spoon of cold pressed coconut oil everyday and drink alot of water.
First you will detox, then you will lose the weight.
Plus your metabolism will change once you continue for a long time.
the answer is simple
diet and exercise

What's the point of losing weight if it's all going to be muscle? You'll weigh less but look even more fat. Literally the worst thing you can do for your body even worse than gaining more fat. Ya'll need to learn to measure you bf% not your weight. Weight doesn't mean s***
