cutting your calories is the most important so if you’re going gym and not seeing any results then it’s likely to do with your diet.
weight loss starts in the kitchen.
I did OMAD/intermittent fasting and long fasts. sometimes I did up to 48 hours but thats just for when your used to it, not for everyone. I did it for 2 months and lost 25 pounds, ever since then ive just been watching what I eat and ive been the same weight ever since (its been like 5 months). I still eat junk like pizza but in moderation. Oh, and also: drink a LOT of water, water only.
I dont do any Intermittent fasting anymore, just counting calories. l lost 3 pounds recently and I didnt even try. Just keep at it. Its gonna get easier.
You didn't gain the weight in two months so what makes you think you'll lose it in two months. Especially if you don't want loose skin. Track your calories and stay 300-500 under maintenance for your lean body mass every day. Stay doing some cardio and also some bodyweight exercises or if you have a gym start a basic program. The slower you lose it the tighter your skin will be. It's the rapid weight loss that leaves excess skin. This is a year+ process man. So don't get discouraged when you're 2mos in and the scale looking real similar because you will also be gaining muscle. Just stay disciplined with the calorie tracking and exercising and it'll happen. Best of luck bro.
Thats what ive been trying the last 2 weeks
Then keep going you aint gonna lose weight that fast lmao
But fr the hardest is when you start. Just skip meals to begin with or at least eat lighter portions if you can't skip meals just yet. You get hungry but after a bit the hunger leaves and your stomach may make some sound but you won't be hungry anymore. I'm not cutting or anything but sometimes I'm too busy or lazy to eat lol.
But the best really is sticking to a calorie deficit. Last year I lost 30 pounds in a month. I wouldn't eat more than 75% of what I need per day and I would always try to eat less. Sometimes it'd be 40%. I didn't change my eating habits. I had some nice healthy meals and some fast food. The most important thing is to always be in a deficit so you lose weight anyway. And you don't have to do your cardio outside. I lost my weight jogging on a threadmill with AC while watching movies.
Counting calories is a pain at first but you get used to it pretty quickly.
Diet and exercise man. Easier said than done but actually the hard part is just being consistent. Use the little bits of progress to motivate you to keep going
Should I be worried bout loose skin jumping 248-180 tho
Try to lose at a steady pace not all at once, g while also implementing lifting. At the very least this should lessen loose skin
eat at a caloric deficit and try to eat less protein and you loose weight, going for walks and working out helps allot too but its mostly diet
Good lord I hope you’re trolling

idiots. Calories are nothing.
It called keto for a reason.
Carbs and sugar stored as fat.
if you cut that out, you burn your own fat.
Goes to show nakedbalenciaga is a tard
I lost over 10 pounds in a week and a half with no exercise

Nigga ten pounds a week you’re about to die
Even if that did work for you that’s not sustainable in the least bit especially for op who’s just starting off.
If you want to tuck yourself up go ahead but don’t give him the advice to do so as well
Just eat like 1200- 1500 calories between like 10am to 4pm. Then don't eat for the rest of the day.
You'll shrink in no time. Just takes discipline. It's almost like quitting d****. When you start trying to quit then suddenly everyone starts trying to offer it to you for free.
That seems to be a huge problem for me, I try to quit sweets and carbs and make I don't exceed 1300 calories a day, then suddenly everyone at my job is offering me free Krispy Kreme
Which always leads to me relapsing.
See you when you gain it all back mate
you only gain it back when u get off keto and eat like a b****.
maintain what u eat

Wish you well mate
2 miles a day on the treadmill and strength training 5 days a week combined with a good diet of around 1600 calories a day (at beginning) did it for me in 5 months
But srs OP just eat healthy drink water and move ur big body. If you don't mind me asking how did you get to 250?

Stopped caring and didn’t pay my diet and form any attention
Obviously it was gradual over a couple years but too gradual to the point where i would get bigger and not really realize
