    I got sick with the flu for 2 weeks, and had nothing but soup and tea and water, and I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks lol

    The amount we eat vs what we need is off in western culture

    Just eat less

    The amount we eat vs what we need is off in western culture

    Just eat less

    Only ate soup today

    Homemade chicken noodle

    Also carry a 2L water jug at all times in the crib

    as someone that’s been counting calories and losing weight for 6+ months now my only advice is be realistic, if you try to go too hard too fast you’ll fail, it’s about figuring out a plan that you can stick to long term.

    Man i knew i was pre chubby but didnt know how bad it was

    Hopped on a scale and im at 248 my fat distribution is weird i guess like in the right outfit i could look 50 pounds lighter i guess

    my downfall was fizzy drinks and crisps (potato chips), sticking to water only when drinking and cutting out crisps has helped me massively as well as intermittent fasting! good luck bro👊🏻

    it is carbs and sugar that make you gain weight.

    Do keto

    You don’t have to worry about going hungry like when you’re calorie counting because the high fat diet fills you up. Won’t need more than 3 meals a day anyway.

    And you don’t have to deprive yourself of delicious foods. Win win if you do it properly and build in exercise.

    I don’t know the exact science but I’m pretty sure restricting calories can actually have the opposite effect - something like it causes the body the release more insulin maybe? Google it, I could be wrong

    I legit lost 20 lbs in like a month without even trying

    I still overate regardless. It’s better to count calories

    Ive lost quite a bit restricting calories and working out but im sure it doesn’t work for everyone
