    feel like im in a somewhat similar spot to OP scenario wise, reading through this thread or at least some of the comments was some good advice

    Started meal prepping a couple weeks ago and that's been helping a lot with eating healthier, plus just got a gym membership

    For the time being gonna try to only eat 2 meals a day at like noon and 7 (after the gym) and keep it at that. We'll see.
