Both BIG albums are masterpieces imo

It deserves its own thread tbh both are incredible. I like his voice and delivery more on RTD, but I like the production on LAD more. He never missed, in terms of verses.

Bobby_96Unpopular opinion but I always preferred It Was Written and Life After Death to both.
But, if it boils down to these 2, then it's Illmatic for me easily.
ive come to like life after death just as much as ready to die. idk if its just me getting older and appreciating it more, or if i just played the s*** out of ready to die
ive played life after death a crap ton tho the past few years, and im not bored of it
