Keto diet is good for losing weight...at least I've heard from people.
ive heard its difficult at the beginning if ur used to many carbs yk

just make sure u take in less than ur BMR/TDEE and youll lose weight, if u dont see progress the first week or 2 dont be discouraged, keep going king cause in a few months youll look back and coom
Ok, so today all i consumed was:
Iced Coffee
2 sausage egg and cheese wraps
Subway footlong
And a fruit bowl
Around 1100~ cal, and i drunk purely water and coffee today, no sparkling like i usually do, and definately no sugary juice. I shaved, and feel productive

The problem with me is that ive always had an unrealistic since of perfectionism. I'm afraid of putting out bad creations and having my name tied to them, so when i want to put out something i want it to be the best, most well liked thing, ever made, which is completely impossible because no one can do that, at least not on the first try.
Then when i do put something out and it justifiably doesnt get any attention or nothing because i just started and im a no name i get discouraged and give up. I figure i need to start putting in deadlined effort in order to push me to finish things, because as it stands im all talk and no action. I want to change

DAY 3:
ight so far im doing good, all i consumed today was:

Which gets me around 900-950 cal for the day, my TDEE is somewhere around 2,300 with the new light cardio regime and my height/weight, so i estimate if i keep it up for around 2-3 weeks i should have lost some weight.
I wont weight myself until im sure enough time has passed because i dont wanna get too discouraged.
Next in line is clothes, all of my clothes are from when i was 15. So i need to cop a whole new wardrobe. Gonna loot the marshalls tomorrow and hopefully i can spend $150 on a new fit

Ok so today i f***ed up sorta
I had a:
Hot coffee (i brought this skinny coffee s*** and this time i took it with no sugar)
Cream of wheat
A cheeseburger (i know i know it was just in the fridge just there)
And a bag of chips
As an estimate, i had around 1100~ cal which is pretty bad but i tried to offset it by doing a longer exercise today. I also couldn't get any clothed because i didnt have enough to get out there, ill do it tuesday when i get paid

use the app MyFitnesPal to record and count the calories of each food you eat (just scan the barcode or search up and itll show u its cals) and based on whether u set it to lose wright, gain weight, and how often u work out a week it'll tell u hm cals u should take in each day. goat app honestly if u stay consistent with it. other than that good luck and remember its all mental before anything else
u gotta convince urself that eating fast food is disgusting and for peasants. thats how i stopped eating ice cream + other dairy foods and chips
Haven't eaten junk food since March coz of the current world situation. was a blessing in disguise, I get to have fruit and veg everyday, along with beans

This is especially difficult for me because I struggle with mental health issues and for the last 2-3 years have used d****, alcohol and women to cope but I don’t want to live that life anymore. I’m going to cut out weed and alcohol for a year and if I feel myself slipping I’m going to get help and get meds I gotta get myself together

You eating dishes with a lot of fat and sugar, I think you should meet a dietitian and work out a menu
