Eat all the meals you need and all the nutrition you need (carbs, protein and vegetables) and divide it into 3-5 meals a day

OP do NOT use charcoal to whiten your teeth. I have a lot family members in the dental field and they’re all very against it it weakens the enamel of your teeth which you want to protect. Use some really good whitening toothpaste, cut down on tea and coffee where you can, brush 2-3x per day, can even use whitestrips every now and then. Charcoal is not good for your teeth.

I’m sure it’s a correct way to do keto but properly portioned balanced nutritional meals prolly better for your health in the long run

man you can eat ice cream everyday and still stay skinny if you portion it right + excercise and have the will power to only eat a couple spoonfuls.
I love ice cream too much so that’s what I be doing. A pint lasts me like two weeks.
Also op dieting is cool but you should really throw in some light lifting at the very least or you gonna be slimmer but still flabby as s*** which will make you look and feel fat.

Ima be honest with you, i have no idea what im doing. But i am doing better. Im 4 days in and i havent eaten any crazy junk food like i did in the op. I have had bad meals tho. I havent weighed myself but i can tell i havent lost anything, and its only motivated me to do better. Thats why im getting morw serious by cutting more calories and cutting full meals entirely for the week, to bring some sort of balance to things

Well i wish i wouldve saw this a week ago, ive only been using charcoal 3 times a week and i have seen results but i get what you mean. I might just go back to the baking soda toothpaste and 2x a day brushing. Normally i brush 1x a day
Im also setting a better sleep schedule to maybe help me be more productive

1200 is too many for the amount of calories i burn every day, and when trying to stick to it it causes my bad habits to just show again, but with 500 i have to actually think about my meals

Eating 500 a day is unsustainable. You're gonna burn out and go back to your old habits at that rate. You'll be irritable and lethargic and crave the old things you ate. Unless you're like five feet tall 1200 will be enough of a deficit to lose at least a pound or two a week which is a healthy rate.

Yes, it said im supposed (estimate) to burn ~2500 cal a day, with consistant light exercise. I plan on reaching 160-150 by October so i just want a lot cutting, then i can build back up later

this true. in my case i found out that i was lactose intolerant gave me bad acne and an upset stomach so i had to cut it out. also i feel like humans shouldnt even be eating cow milk, etc
Ok all, today i had a:
Iced coffee
Smoothie (oats, blueberry, banana, milk)
6-inch subway sub
Deadass shouldnt be more than like 450-500 cal so im probably going to either drink another smoothie or get a salad or something.
I did some workouts and while i still havent weighed myself for the first time I can remember i can actually feel my fat rolls? Its mad weird but like i feel my muffin top and my waist area i can feel it when i bend. Maybe that means im losing something? Anyone who lost weight lemme know. Bless to you all

I forgot i made this thread, so today i had:

And Subway sub footlong
Now, sounds like a lot, and it is, but ive been incorporating jump rope into my workouts and for once i deadass fell down sweating. My mother commented on how it looks like im slimming a bit, and while i felt really bloated yesterday today i do feel very slightly slimmer. Id say when the week is over id lost 1-2 lbs 😕, which aint the best but its a start
Tomorrow i plan on getting some chicken brest and veggies and planning out my meals more thoroughly.
