I forgot i made this thread, so today i had:
Iced coffee
Bagel
Cream of wheat
And Subway sub footlong
Now, sounds like a lot, and it is, but ive been incorporating jump rope into my workouts and for once i deadass fell down sweating. My mother commented on how it looks like im slimming a bit, and while i felt really bloated yesterday today i do feel very slightly slimmer. Id say when the week is over id lost 1-2 lbs 😕, which aint the best but its a start
Tomorrow i plan on getting some chicken brest and veggies and planning out my meals more thoroughly.

Oh yeah today was it, i did a hard ass workout, 30 min this time. My back legs and feet feel like death but i can see a noticeable indent on the bottom of my ribs which makes me think im def loosing fat, if not weight, i feel like if i keep it up then by October ill be full fledged hunk

BRUH i weighted myself and i gained like 10 pounds im 210lbs wtf. This has shown me this diet has not been working as well as i wanted and i need to harder. Today i only had a:

Try cutting out as many carbs as you can. Try to stay away form bread and sugar

Everyday i do either HIIT or general cardio (push ups, mountain climber, etc), and on alternating days i lift these 40lb weights i got at home or jump rope. Cant really go to gym cuz im poor so im doing it pro bono.

This may sound weird fam but get a hefty trash bag and wear that around the house with a hoodie on and sweat pants. My boy used to do it for wrestling and he could shave 2-6 lbs in a week by sweating during the day and working out. Just stay hydrated please

Yknow i was watching this meme video on boxers and the guy was in the shower steaming with a hoodie on doing curls cuz he was trying to cut weight and thought about doing it thing is i dont like washing clothes but i might do it just to lower the water weight or smth

Watch what youre putting in your food, even if its just one meal all it takes is an unhealthy amount of condiments to push you over your caloric maintenance, especially since youre on the shorter side

My other boy was a boxer. We both worked a crazy physical job. He gave a lot of dudes tips about gaining muscle and losing weight. He said in some circumstances it takes the body months to get used to a new diet. You could be 210 for 3-4 months and then the body starts to adjust to your lifestyle. Think long term and keep the healthy life going 👍🏻
Do you add cream/sugar to your coffee? If so don’t, you can use the coffee to suppress your appetite and it has barely any calories at all. Also try fasted cardio/workouts if you‘re not already doing that. You should absolutely be tracking calories. Stick to eating whole foods avoid processed foods, just consider what you’re putting in your body even if it’s just a sauce on the side; read the ingredients on packaging. And aim for a high protein diet
You eating out every day or are u prepping stuff?
That seems like food people go out and get from starbucks/coffee place, bagel shop or a sub place
I haven't read thru the whole thread yet but i wonder if u could find some vegetables u like to snack on just to fill u up without adding too many processed calories and all that type of s***

It's hard to completely fix your whole diet really fast but I'm wondering if throwing in some vegetables into your daily diet and buying like relatively healthy soup for meals or something instead of less healthy s***
There's also steamable veggies or meals if you're lazy like me, u can just throw stuff in the microwave.
