Peele starting to get that Nolan-esqe type catalogue where some people call a film a masterpiece while others call it trash

It was a great spectacle but I can't agree with those saying it has no social commentary because there's just so many pieces that connect ie the creature did not harm anyone unless provoked by eye contact, same thing with Gordy and the horse on set who was also disturbed by the person.

Took it as a play on the fact humans have this innate nature to not live peacefully amongst the other living beings of this planet. We're our own downfall quite literally because we don't know how to leave nature alone. Which other-izes humans as the real threat.
