T-minus 4 hours before my showing. Really excited, I have my thoughts from the first couple trailers since I know the last one showed a lot I avoided it

Probably be in the minority but loved this movie.
A lot of meta concepts in this film and the concept of living life through a screen and masking trauma with spectacle.

I think it kind of is , his character imo didn’t learn his lesson with dealing with things out of his control.
the massacre showed that when you treat living entities like props for entertainment it will back fire on you. So instead of learning from trauma he masked it with spectacle and entertainment which ended in his mortality

I love the way the scenes tied into the message, also such a visceral scene in general and just as terrifying of a situation as the main threat.

Expressing the “you’re reading into it too much” take for Peele movies doesn’t make y’all look any less try hard btw. And this film definitely wants you to think about it in a deeper level so have fun with that perspective.

Tbh did any of the characters lean a lesson maybe besides OJ gaining some peace? I feel KeKes arc and what she achieved at the end kinda goes against the general message that I agree is trying to be conveyed.
