Partly his fault for going the MOTW route and also not coming out of hiding until he has a album or a soundtrack.
MOTW was an honest and stupid mistake, but not connecting with this generation outside of Trolls, is a big issue. That's why some of his peers are outdoing him, because they have relevance within this generation.
listen im clued up on him, he is legend but i dont think he got it like that anymore, he helped establish jts discography if he wasnt jt wasnt going to be who he is

I agree. I don't mean he has to go on IG and post a lot like these corny rappers or go on IG live or whatever. But I feel like he could make a great guest on a lot of podcasts.
RnB Money podcast would be dope
Drink Champs would be amazing
Dude has so many hits that he can give us stories about and other stuff. Idk why he keeps sticking to safer outlets like Fallon and Kelly Clarkson Show.
Seeing Mr. Beast and JT make a video was dope.
This is what he should be doing even when he doesn't have a project coming

The new generation unfortunately doesn’t really like music but only uses it for background/making videos/skimming.
I really hope no artist who has a fanbase from early 2000s caters to that.

Interesting enough, those podcasts cater to urban markets. No disrespect, but I think Justin has lowkey abandoned the urban market and is simply sticking the pop market, which is less judgmental and easily impressed.
I like the Trolls stuff. I realized that this is a common thing with artists that have children, they start making stuff for and inspired by their kids.
And the whole children’s entertainment market is pretty cool. I still hope that Bruno Mars’ Disney movie comes out one day…

!https://youtu.be/IXxN8F-IM8o?si=duQN4ueXC_TY-V-wThis was dope. I mean they only did it cuz JT owns a stake in BeatClub too.
Something like this on a podcast would be amazing
If this is the year that both JT and Usher make their huge comebacks. I'm ready for this s***
JT would be lucky to have a song by him go top 25 at this point like Usher did. And I think that remix Usher did with Jung Kook went top 5 on Billboard. Selfish definitely sounds like the kind of song that could go viral on Tik Tok thhough

that Usher remix did not chart, be serious rn
that Usher remix did not chart, be serious rn
Ngl most pop songs I hear now feel like they can go viral on TikTok but they really don't

Top 5 LOL.
Both remixes charted in Japan only, with Usher doing a tad better than Justin's thanks to a music video.

That's his core fanbase anyway. That is his roots.

the urban market is why he had a loyal fanbase though. Pop fanbase is fickle and harder to win over especially when you haven't been relevant in a long time
