I learned this lesson very young: get ripped for yourself. Women don't really care about your body composition, other men do lol.
women for sure care but also everyone has different preferences and tastes that there’s someone for everyone and they’d rather have someone with motion and a personality that makes them laugh than a cardboard with a six pack and good trap insertions
do weights dumb asses but also do cals too
what are some good side workouts and please post them as videos ty
did tris bis crazy pump
i always superset tricep iso lifts with push ups
Look up a yoga instructor on YouTube doing a 30 day yoga 30 minute routine series
Thank me in a month king
You’re probably right, but every day is a bit of an overkill for me. Rather keep it a routine and expanding that slowly instead of those 30 day challenges.
Anyway, you got some recommendations of video’s you did?

Nah dawg, like it’s deadass 30 day routine for beginners. Some videos are only like 15-20 minutes cause she’s cuing you progressively as the days go along and she has all the suggestions based on flexibility. This is the first video I ever watched, would just do the series at night when I was bored watching shows, the challenge is not taxing at all
Here’s the series for beginners

Pushups and pull ups. And lots of them.
Also, eating .7 x your body weight (in lbs) = grams of protein you should be eating daily to grow muscle.
Also, take creatine.

Lost 70 pounds doing it over 4 months and then hit 415 on bench the next month
It’s what I will always recommend
Eating over 100g of protein (let alone almost 200) while staying under a calorie amount sounds difficult and expensive given what's readily available, how do you guys manage?
Does grilled chicken really have that much protein?
I started going two weeks ago and got a plan to be fit by late summer. And it's not some new years resolution s*** either, I don't even believe in those lmao. Just had another spiritual awakening recently.
