Any running advice you can offer? I’m more of a time over distance runner, so if you can offer me advice on how to push for higher duration runs that would be dope. If I had to use a distance, I seem to give out running right at about 3 miles in, but like, I can do a 2 hour walk/run session easy.

You’re right, recovery is getting more and more important similar to nutrition.
If I can give some advice it would be pretty simple: Build slow and steadily. Do not focus directly on distance but more on time and effort (pace). Start with 30 minute runs where you can keep a convo going easily (zone 2 run) and try to expand the duration of that. If for some reason (slept bad, stress, overall excercise load) it takes more effort, slow down your pace. First goal should be to expand your endurance. When you’re able to do a easy run of 1 of perhaps 2 hours without walking start to work on your pace. This can be done with interval trainings, I can share a couple of you’d like. A
