    ive been eating a lot since i started lifting as well. idk how to dial it down. i can only diet for a very long time or overeat. idk how to eat in a maintenance

    yea thats the thing im looking forward to: getting used to the bulk and then having to cut. Then THAT gonna be a challenge cause imma be so used to eating
