back today was so good did it with 4 plate dead lift followed by 10 stair master on fast paste
bruh this work out was so ass cause my nutrition was ass too now i know to get most of my cals before the workout
Nutrition is so important. I gotta have at least 1k calories before hitting the gym. If I go later in the day when I’m around 2k calories my workouts are real solid but I like working out as earliest as I can

On god i regret cancelling my 5 am and going in the evening
I still got a good pump in but didnt complete alot of my sets i gave it my all tho with as mucn intensity as i could

Morning gym sesh is so much better. I wish I lived in walking distance of a gym. Definitely a need for me when I move out.
Right now I usually work at the office so I can’t afford the time to drive out to my gym (5 mins no traffic) because the amount of traffic I’d hit on way back would be crazy even if I go at 5am
So now im able to do 20 min on a lvl 9 incline treadmill tryna get at it at 30 then 45 (weight is between 195-200)

Daammnn im lucky i got a small gym in the cut and its down the street. No traffic at any time of the day even at rush hour
But them 5 ams hit but i ate a strong ass edible the night before, couldnt get up on time

I usually cruise at 7 for 25 mins at like 150. Level 9 my HR is thru the roof

use to workout in the morning before work in the afternoon its hard to wake up some days an push yourself but worth it afterwords
