i try to get 1.2-1.5g of protein per lb of lean body mass
when i first started cutting i was doing 1g of protein per pound of body weight but as i’ve gotten lower i adjusted so i can eat at a higher deficit

my protein shake is about 44g
I try to have 8oz of chicken everyday which is about 50g
Im not a huge fan of eggs but make it mandatory to eat at least 3 everyday so thats another 18g. Right there is already 112g. The rest just sort of happens with my other food (oats, milk, pb, rice, bagels, almonds, seeds, dark chocolate, tortilla)
I dont really eat red meat that often bc I find it hard to digest and stomach all the time. Although that would probably be better for bulking, its way more calorie dense than chicken. my 50g protein chicken is only 250-300 calories
