my laziest keto dinner is salmon, broccoli, olive oil & seasoning.
if that still doesnt fill u up (doubt it) add 2 eggs
hacks: broccoli absorbs the most liquid=oil so thats why its used in 99% keto recipes
edit: on keto u wont be hungry for breakfast so u can skip that.
for lunch: i eat yogurt bowl with everything in it

Haven’t been in the gym for the past week. Fuked up a week & overshot my program . Still managed to pull 515x5 but crashed my CNS really fukin bad. Motivation gone, s***drive gone, anxiety kicked in, cortisol through the roof. Don’t even wanna think about touching weights any time sooon
ya when i dont sleep or have a good night sleep i tend to over think a lot and when you dont sleep well the next day you dont wanna do weights try not to think about getting anxiety

I had to stop leg exercises for a few weeks cus I sprained my knees and then I got a sinus infection for 2 weeks so my squats and deads were like 2 months behind so I get it 😭
decided to do a quick little arm circuit even tho I did my workout at 6 this morning
feel like my mental has shifted so much the last few days because my body is finally like, mostly healed. it took 6 months but I finally don't have any acute pain from my various fractures aside from my knee which was the one that had to be surgically repaired.
today marks 8 days in a row exercising every morning as well as meditating right after. it finally feels like the tides are turning.
for months i would look at this thread stickied there at just hate it because I couldn't do what I wanted to do with my body. so much pain, shame, and anger. but now it feels good to post again, good to use my body and experience the exhaustion, the soreness, all of it. we making it

being out of tune with your body is the worst feeling ever, esp. when you can't do anything abt it bc of an injury
I gotta get in the workout game, been saying it to myself for a long time, but now that I got easy access to a gym here at school, I should take advantage of it. I've been lazy all my life in terms of fitness, and it's taken a toll on myself and I could better my mental health and confidence with it. My old therapists and psychs recommended it to me ad-nauseaum, but I just gotta find time, maybe right now, it'll tire me out enough to go to bed lol
