I gotta get in the workout game, been saying it to myself for a long time, but now that I got easy access to a gym here at school, I should take advantage of it. I've been lazy all my life in terms of fitness, and it's taken a toll on myself and I could better my mental health and confidence with it. My old therapists and psychs recommended it to me ad-nauseaum, but I just gotta find time, maybe right now, it'll tire me out enough to go to bed lol
Once you get into a routine it’s a great stress reliever. As you drop weight, get stronger and improve your nutrition the cognitive benefits will be enough to keep you coming back imo. The aesthetic benefits are also a nice bonus as well. 🙌🏽 Good luck
You know what you do to avoid this ever stretch before an after an I f you can every morning foam roll and if you want in the morning when you wake up one of the 1st things you do is drink a full bottle of water it will hydrate your muscles because you did or drink any water for 8hrs
getting a foam roller and massage ball
Strength plateauing and super inconsistent on my pushing power. Definitely due to the low calorie intake.

when my coworkers go for smoke breaks I join them and use it + a resistance band to do some physical therapy exercises (dam rotator cuffs amirite) and self massage
was a bit weird at first but like, they smoke pretty regularly so it gets me out the office, in the sun, and improving my body
weirdos destroying their lungs but w/e lol and now it's not weird

Strength is slowly coming back. It felt so
Good doing 110 on OHP a month back. I’m at 95 for 5x3 rn but I could feel myself pushing through that 100 barrier. One day I’ll have that one plate strict press for reps
