Sitting further in the squat with your heels down holding on to something in front of you probably ideal. But really it could be like a dozen different things that need to release to let you comfortably get that low so really any type of hip mobility work will help. Things like yoga would help as well.

Here is a simple little mobility flow that I've been doing a variation of for years and years.
Might be too hard right now but again, just an idea of the type of movement that will help.
Lemme tell you it feels really wonderful to have a high baseline of mobility. Feeling locked in your body is woated.

been making overnight oats, overnight chia pudding for years. ratio is key
gonna hold this position for 10 seconds over and over throughout the day
I can finally sit down on my heels in this position and relax. only took 6 months for me to get back to that point lol! now I just gotta build my strength up through my full ROM cuz I'm weak affff at the bottom.
anyway good stuff practicing that, it's something every body can do, you just lost the ability due to our culture and how stiff it tends to make people

listening to my body for the past week, i noticed i'd feel worse the next day from yoga i did last night. so while im injured im not gonna do anything on my rest days except that squat position.
its the least i can do
lets say i hypothetically had to get a girl to do a push up and pull up by the end of the year... how would i do it?

knee pushups or incline pushups slowly building up. can incorporate slow pushup negatives as well.
for pullups pretty much slow controlled sets of negatives as well. if you have the flat loop style resistance bands you can easily do assisted pullups as well.
