Clif bars aight but ngl last one I had was like over a year ago and i think they ain't even that high in protein.
I'd do what the other dude said but with (surprise) plants. Nuts, seitan, tofu, beans, etc. all up there in protein. It's better to eat less processed s***.
lets say i hypothetically had to get a girl to do a push up and pull up by the end of the year... how would i do it?
The pull up is easy just throw her in a pit and put a pull up bar at the top edge of the pit so she has to train her back to escape.
Idk about the push up

do u strategically try to eat all essential amino acids since u dont eat eggs, yoghurt or meat?

Tofu, tempeh and edamame etc contain all essential amino acids. So do rice & beans together

That's pretty much a non-issue as almost all plant proteins contain every amino acid.
Here's a good article that goes into how this became a commonly held incorrect belief.

Most ppl fail ull ups cause of grip weakness rather than actual lay activation.
Let her attempt chin ups firs cause the bicep activation gives leverage
If she fails.
Rogrssive overload on lat ull downs for 2 weeks
Rogressive overload on close grip lat pull down for 2 weeks
But her those wheels with the rope u can tie weights to & let her strengthen grip 3x a week for 2 weeks
Attempt chin up again
When she does 5-8 chin ups move to pull ups for single
Rinse & repeat
Push ups mainly require triceps activation & shoulder lock out. Let her ut her legs on a wall & hold the lock out push up stance for 10 seconds. Do that until she can do it for 30.
Then have her do a normal push u. U can incorporate light flat benching & triceo work to speed up the process
The whole thing shouldn’t take more than 2 months maxxxxx
Im finally back lifting and it’s been hard not going on late night food binges cause all this weight lifting got me hungry asf all the time

its called a supported squat. supposed to slowly but surely help u with ankle mobility
Shoes with an elevated heel will also help y’all with squat mobility. Puts your body in a more anatomically advantageous position. I’d recommend squat/powerlifting shoes as they’ll have this feature.

isnt it counterproductive if u wanna learn how to squat without elevated heel?

Brooo drinking is legit the antithesis of gains. In college I would drink 4 days a week and my lifts/physique stagnated so much . I noticed my gains in the summer breaks when I stopped drinking were noticeably more upward linear. And now that I’ve graduated and drink like once a month I’m seeing insane consistency with lifts and development.

Possibly. But just continue to squat with squat shoes
