    Real man imma come back 30x stronger. This is a lifelong journey. The only thing is that i really wanna capitalize on these newbie gains. So a week of little food and no working out is just trash

    right now its really just foundation building/repairing.

    been on a fitness journey for like dam near 10 years now and i feel like all the knowledge I've gained has finally coalesced and I've turned a corner. i really don't have concrete goals beyond daily exercise and daily recovery focusing on habit forming and celebrating the fact i aint dead lol

    i realize that the limits people put on themselves are silly. and personally i can get caught up in a***ysis paralysis. so instead of thinking im doing. just absolutely packing my day with breathwork, mindfulness, stretching, mobility, PT exercises, posture checks, etc.

    S*** day at gym but it happens. Didn’t even hit my accessories. I gotta get my mental health together cus that does have an effect on my gym output 😭

    Also idk what happened to my deadlift i was hitting 2 plates easy now 195 is painful

    Makes me think it’s my program lmao

    Everything is going up steadily except my DL. Could it be that I’m alternating with hex bar deadlifts? Those seem to mostly hit my quads more than anything

    turned my alarms off and slept an extra 3 hours I really needed that

    then went hard with my morning workout even tho my routine feels off sleeing in so late, and at the end my wife comes out the house (I workout in the front yard, it's secluded tho) and says she was just watching me and sipping coffee the whole time all sexy like

    i ain't even looking good yet woman chill!

    just keep at it in the dl part you will get it

    did seated ohp today the most i ever did i think 75 lbs each
    3 sets of 5 reps then i started with 70s before did about 7 reps and i think earl lackers are better then face pulls imo you can do more weight on it then regular face pulls

    ya i use to get that a lot when i started try stretching your lower back an always stretch before an after every workout

    Yeah that and stretching out my hamstrings, and hips cus that tightness could be pulling my lower back. I’m def gonna incorporate more core work though, necessary
