I had to turn it off for now, I got bored fast forwarding, and it wasn't really engaging me out right

Guess I'll download maybe an emulator play some old fire emblem. I do have the trails game, but I feel so weird starting that series. I like to be informed on the story properly, but I know you kinda gotta jump through hoops of emulators and old games to properly start the story

All of the localized games are on Steam, so you can start the series with the Sky trilogy there. You could start with the Cold Steel games on PS4/PC as well, but I think you get so much more out of these games by starting at the beginning with Sky FC.

This series has been crack to me for the past 3 months. You finish up a game and immediately start up the next one and repeat.

I'd check this out if/when you start Sky FC, since it patches in voice acting.

Starting breath of fire 3

just finished Valkyrie Elysium and got the depressing normal ending didn't feel like going back through the chapters to find all of the blossoms to get to the true ending so i just peeped it on youtube (Hilde lives so its automatically better).

really liked the look of the character models and the slight cel shading they had but the lip sync is so spotty lol some scenes id be serviceable while others their mouths would barely open if they matched up at all. the environments are as deary as they appear but the combat gets so fluid once you get the full party, weapons and arts that it didn't really matter to me. still it wasnt perfect as the camera can and will f*** you multiple times. plus, there's still a little jank that could annoy you. overall, would recommend.

guess ill go back and finally play through Ys 9 now lol

Don't blame ya. I'd do the same I also need to get around to Triangle Strategy. Friend of mine really enjoyed it. Also have heard Diofield Chronicle is pretty decent too.

i enjoyed what i played of TS and XC3 but i think i took a step back when Soul Hackers 2 came out which led to Soulstice and then to Valkyrie Elysium lol i just like playing games on playstation i guess

but itd be best to clear up my Switch backlog before Bayo 3 comes out

I'm the same. I'd rather play on my PS5, just to give myself a reason to turn it on lol. Been playing most of the Trails series so far on PC besides Cold Steel 1, which I played on PS5. Back to PC for the rest of the games since they're legit more than half off on there.

Forgot about Bayo 3 too If you do decide to get through your backlog before that comes out, you gotta get to burning through it soon

You can def get a ton of time outta Xenoblade. I think I just did like 60-70 hours or so? Wasn't in the mood to do much after finishing the game so I called it there.

Kinda curious about the other Falcom games after getting into Kiseki. Then again knowing how long it takes for one of their games to get ported to the west its probably not a good idea
