Lol I saw this coming a mile away I thought ppl ready figured this. Most of the best voices for the cast passed away unfortunately. I mean, they said it was Sony though who pulled the plug, so who knows. I was already expecting this to get canceled so it's not surprising. If the series creator was coming back, I'm sure it would have had some good episodes though.

i rewatched season one and i’m going to take the unpopular stance that they didn’t even do the comic justice the first damn time. even with new voices you can make a much better show than what they made. am i crazy for thinking this? season 1 and 2 are classics though, i obviously acknowledge that

even in the good seasons you can tell a lot of the takes are just very dated

It’s a long vid but pretty much they were buddy buddy and went to the funeral and entertained the idea that his son would take the role over to honor his dad and they burned him by never getting back, and then choosing an AI voice of his dad
