If you tell me an average day for you I can probably suggest a few changes to your diet to round everything out.

I actually just got a checkup this morning and they said the only thing I’m lacking is vitamin A which was surprising to me. My calorie counter says otherwise.

I always wonder if the b12 and a supplements are really that good for you tho. Wouldn’t it be better from actual foods?
btw ppl saying that u need meat naturally because of B12 is WRONG, B12 is on plants in nature , but not on the s*** we eat because we stray it with all this pestizides (or whatever its called)
