I’ve struggled with this my whole life and I’m so sick of having this persistent problem. Maybe I’ll read something someone says here and it leads to a paradigm shift and my problem automatically solves itself
Yeah I’ve met very few people especially younger generation who sleep good all the time especially with all the stimulation we have

I need to prioritise it. Late nights aren’t worth it
When I work tired I genuinely feel like killing myself

I’ll repeat that to myself and see if it leads to a mindset shift i do have a bad outlook on sleep right now, thinking it’s something that must be done and a chore

I sleep like 8 hours everyday but now Im working from home i can sleep later and wake up like 8.30
i used to have a problem sleeping when i was depressed but now i sleep good time but the quality of the sleep is not really good. i never feel rested even tho im physically really not active at all
should start doing some sports

Never slept before 9pm but ever since I came back from Africa my circadian rhythm been on track. I sleep at like 8pm now and get up at 4. Been like this for a month now
Meditate to help you fall asleep
wake up at the same time every day and shower when u wake up
If u napped or drank a lot of coffee or something and know it might be hard to sleep then smoke weed or take dph or melatonin

Same, but that’s why I won’t stick to a consistent wake up. Because then I gotta suffer through the day being low on sleep and I HATE it. And there’s no real immediate consequences for being like f*** it, imma sleep in.
But long term, so much regret and missed opportunities due to inconsistent wake-up time

Tbh I think it’s all the technology we’ve grown up on phones and s***

Mindfulness meditation has never ever worked for me, even though I keep trying
I’m weary of melatonin because I don’t want to rely on pills to do something.
