Crave sleep, remember always that no matter how good life is it will never compare to the sweet illusions of dreaming
this just makes me anxious about needing and not being able to sleep
Just by being tired by the end of the day and you'll fall asleep
for those things u get addicted without noticing. it might feel harmless but please dont get too used to it. At least try to smoke it in special days so it feels better too
I feel you..but ten years too late bro. It’s been my everyday for a while now.
I’ll say this tho, I spent three months over seas, and during that time I came across weed once and some hash a few times. May have smoked 2-3 times while out there.
That’s the longest I’ve gone without any intoxicants or tobacco. I’ll be moving back for six months next year so I’ll make that my detox and retire from smoking.

Sounds like a great plan bro
Hope you find peace in yourself wherever you go
my s*** all f***ed up rn went from day to night shifts for some special job type s*** so now I take 2, 3 hour naps. once when I get home after work and another 2-3 hour nap until it’s about 2 hours before my shift s*** sucks
bet you dont want to free palestine too
Get a weighted blanket and start working out
I’ve been taking melatonin and that s*** knocks me out, problem is I always wake up at 7:50-8am and can’t really go back to sleep despite still being sleepy
Since I stopped drinking and smoking weed and working out more my sleep has definitely improved. I take CBD gummies sometimes as well and I've noticed my sleep has been more refreshing
work hard enough in the day to the point youre semi-tired
get house lights that you can dim
phone brightness down
just those steps alone should do it. also way more helpful if you follow that routine with a consistent sleep time to get a good schedule
if that fails it helps to listen to smooth music beforehand, masturbate or nyquil/melatonin lol

I’ve struggled with this my whole life and I’m so sick of having this persistent problem. Maybe I’ll read something someone says here and it leads to a paradigm shift and my problem automatically solves itself
Today I woke up at like 7:30am and I’m still energetic as ever at 1am this is dumb
something i just developed over time i used to sleep at 7am during the pandemic but now i sleep at like 10pm-12, melatonin helped a lot trying to set in place a regular schedule time, weed can help as well but easier to get addicted to
